The new Learning Center will offer a simpler interface, improved reporting, and more flexibility in how training is delivered and tracked. It also creates opportunities to expand course offerings over time, including shorter, more targeted content that fits more easily into the workday. These improvements are designed to make training easier to access, more relevant to day-to-day work, and more efficient for members to manage — delivering stronger overall value.
CIS is intentionally focusing less on how pricing is structured and more on what members care about most: access, usability, and the ability to deliver effective training without adding unnecessary cost pressures.
This transition reflects ongoing conversations with the Board and member feedback about affordability, service expectations, and the need to prioritize investments that deliver everyday value. It is one example of how CIS continues to adapt its services while maintaining a focus on long-term sustainability and responsible stewardship of member resources.
