We recently unveiled our 2024 Annual Report, and the feedback has been terrific — thank you! If it slipped past you in the shuffle of busy days, no worries — we’ve got you covered.
This year’s report captures some of our biggest achievements, including a landmark legal win in Johnson v. Grants Pass. CIS stood shoulder to shoulder with the City of Grants Pass all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, helping overturn a decision that had far-reaching implications for local homelessness policies. It’s a powerful example of how CIS shows up for our members — legally, financially, and strategically.
We also broke ground on our new Collaboration Center in Wilsonville and launched our 2025–29 Strategic Plan, setting the stage for smarter risk management, stronger communications, and more efficient support for you.
From financial stability to legal advocacy and everything in between, the Annual Report is a great snapshot of how CIS is working to keep Oregon’s cities and counties safer, stronger, and healthier.
Check out the report if you haven’t yet — we think you’ll like what you see.
